Phenomenal service. Edgar responded to my message within minutes and set up a time for same day. This is incredible considering the time of season, the weather, and all HVAC companies are slammed. He was honest, upfront with estimated costs for repair, and made sure to help us get through a few days until the repair can be done (parts need to be ordered, this isn’t a same day job). He went over our options, a few times, while answering our questions so we could make the best decision financially.
David and Andy showed up at the Davis Family home one hot Summer evening after completing their final job for the day. They could have easily put us on the schedule for the next day and joined their families for the remainder of the evening. Instead, they responded with the upmost professionalism and effectively access what we had going on with our AC/Heating System! The next evening David and Andy showed up to begin the installation of our upper system and completed the installation the following morning (Saturday). 2 days later, David and Andy completed the installation of the 2nd AC/Heating System. They are an outstanding team and work extremely well together! Most importantly, they can be trusted!
Excellent service throughout the process. They went above and beyond by charging my old system to get us through the heat wave until our new equipment could be delivered. They truly earned 5 stars and I even switched my maintenance program to them because of the outstanding service they provided on the installation.

HVAC Done Easy provided excellent service, replacing our heat pump. Edgar and everyone else who worked with us on the installation was professional, friendly and good at their jobs. They were responsive, on time and offered a better price than their competitors. I highly recommend this company.
Not only was Edgar super responsive, but he was able to work with my weird schedule AND fixed my A/C in less than 10 minutes. I usually use POPE’s to service my units, but I had been waiting a week for them to call me back for an estimate. I’ll be using Edgar’s company going forward.
I submitted an online inquiry and heard back from Edgar right away. He was patient and answered all of my questions prior to booking. There was a minor mix up in terms of the date of service and Edgar was extremely professional and righted the mistake. He even through in a HVAC cleaning which he did not have to. I am extremely happy with the duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC cleaning services that I received. I will definitely be using HVAC DONE EZ again!
